First hurdle: buy property ... we did two weeks ago. However, it was all very spectacular. The notary reads, one nods and signs. Done. A hefty bill is not yet fluttered into the house ... grace period is probably over Christmas: o)
Second hurdle: find a bank that join in your ideas. But that was no problem. Search, find, yesterday signed.
And now number three: find one you think is trustworthy developer. This decision, we have indeed now makes it really hard. We have written in the last blog, we are looking for since August. Who would have thought that we need until mid-December to get all wrapped up?? But at the time, it is also not at all. Much more important is to know that we are satisfied with our decision and trust the developers can. Both are true (at least for the moment) fully agree.
was of course the two of us in the run constantly queasy to Mute. Let's do the right thing? Is it the right builder? Have we thought of everything? Questions, questions ... whether we have thought of everything, is in the course of of next year out of place.
The next steps will now be led by our developers in the way so that we have between Christmas and New Year's already talking with the architect.
We are excited about what we expect from now on ... apart from the bills that funny way now find their way here (thanks to the town of Bad Salzuflen, o)
starts now for us the peaceful Advent and Christmas and then we start full of enthusiasm in the new year: o)
