because of the flood of applications for the sixth session, we have scheduled another meeting for the 02/09/2011 in which on the one of the initiatives will advise and on which date applications from 02.02. can be postponed if the session would last so long that each application because of the lateness of the hour not the appropriate level will be treated

The invitation for the meeting on 09.02. will be sent in the next week, the room is still
announced.
