And once again a meeting with our developers passed ... and again we are a bit smarter ... and again we need to clarify something.
Who would have thought it so hard is a reasonable contract, including construction and specifications to be on the legs, I did not.
But all the work will pay off so hope soon and I am hopeful to sign that we can make it before Christmas the contract: o)))
when you consider that we are actually in mid-October to sign everything and wanted it December is now the first ... one wonders where the time is just. Hopefully pass the next weeks until the start of construction so fast ... and then it should have also been snowing, so that we do not have to dig a hole in the snow for our basement. : O)
