The decision for a developer we have made: it is OWL massive house from Bad Salzuflen.
After two very informative talks, and not least a great offer for our house fell on Tuesday night the decision.
BUT ... Pure joy? Not really, which is now so slow until I felt myself for the hundredth time I read through the offer, o) for it to become larger by the minute.
A property we have now been some time in the eye, but here was yesterday (for now) decided the purchase with a handshake. There is space within the coverage No.9 "Nien Heather" in the old wooden door road Holzhausen. Centrally located and yet a quiet spot.
The most important thing probably still missing: the love of money, but again, we have found a solution that is called: Sparkasse Lemgo.
It sounds all so easy, but you can say that so far but a bumpy road was and we actually made a decision right light (which is what happens when one is so security obsessed o)
The next steps are to fill requests, contracts signed and in the distant future: the samples * grumble * but you should yes to keep the most beautiful thing ever for last.
